	The Rich Fruit Cake is the cake with which we started the company ten years ago! Rich, dark and moist it is the very essence of traditional cooking at its best. Over a three day period, the most wonderful ingredients, including pure English butter, dark muscovado sugar, fresh local eggs and lots of plump fruit are carefully weighed, mixed and cooked very slowly. Each cake is fed a little brandy ( we leave it to you to add more if you like it!) and when cold is wrapped and stored until needed. This recipe contains NO NUTS and is perfect for icing at home from Christmas, birthdays or special treats. It is available from 4" (100mm) to 12" (300mm) round and square.


	The Decorated Rich Fruit Cake is made to the same award wining recipe as the rich fruit cake, but lavishly decorated with almonds, walnuts black and red cherries. Available from 4" (100mm) to10" (250mm).


	These cakes make delightful presents and can be presented in gift boxes or tins at a small extra charge. 4" (100mm), 5" (125mm) and 6" (150mm) only. Call for details
