Again, our wonderful rich fruit cake is glazed with apricot jam and covered with a white almond paste and a layer of white icing before we start to decorate.

They look and taste wonderful and come in all the usual sizes. We can, however, make larger ones if required. From 3" (75mm) to 8" (200mm) round and also catering blocks

 

The Easter version of our Christmas Cakes, the Simnel Cake, is also found in the best food halls of London.

This time our rich fruit cake has a layer of marzipan baked in the centre. The cakes are then glazed with apricot jam and decorated with toasted marzipan, silk spring flowers,. Easter eggs, a chick and ribbons or paper.

This is a delicious cake and looks very pretty and fresh. Available in 4" (100mm), 5" (125mm) 6" (150mm) and 7" (175mm) sizes.
